- Hardware & software annual subscription/rental. Waistband devices with plays uploaded by staff to rapidly increase repetitions and efficiency during practice.

Coaches Development
- This includes the state clinic and the Glazier staff pass, which is a series of in-person clinics as well as online content. Club provided to cover the cost of lodging as well as any additional professional development opportunities outside of the state clinic or Glazier clinics. This is an essential piece of building a bridge to connect our youth, middle and high school staff that is difficult to do if it is at the individual coach’s expense.
Coach Uniforms – Game Day Apparel for all Coaches
- Team up with “Nike- JUMP MAN” and present a swagger that is unlike any program in the area/ in the country
- Structure meetings to build all levels of the football program.
- Working with youth, middle school and high school teams to grow the program and build continuity and success.
- Visual Program that represents dominance and success
